Introduction

Dr. Maria Montessori worked with many children over more than two decades and by keen and thorough observation of how the child worked with these materials, made modifications in their design and presentation methods to make sure the child is naturally attracted to it, introducing it at the appropriate age in which the child had natural inner urges to learn each of these concepts.
